The New Pioneers Academy in Tokyo is my passion project. The main principle of this school is to help students prepare for the workplace of the future by learning critical thinking skills and self-knowledge so they can take control of their lives and achieve incredible things.

The face of work is changing. Many of the jobs that were once considered safe or even prestigious will eventually be taken over by AI fuelled by machine learning algorithms. Humans will be free to do human work, that which requires empathy, connection and communication.

We prepare students in junior high and high schools to get ahead of the curve and start preparing themselves for the work they will do, not the work their parents did.
