Having principles is underrated. I’m talking about principles that show you to be the kind of person that isn’t afraid to go against the grain and stand up for what is right.
Don’t be afraid to tell someone that you won’t agree with them. Going along with the masses isn’t always the right path, and sometimes the majority of people are misinformed or just plain wrong.
This is just as important in your personal and family life as it is in business. Not doing what you say you will do and what you claim to believe in is one way to lose the respect of your family, which can be hard to win back or even, at times, to notice that it is gone.
